Lily has spent the last few days digging around at the bottom of her viv, and yesterday she finally decided to dig for real in her tub of soil. She came back up to the top late last night looking thinner so I gave her water and a few waxworms and she went to sleep.

Got up this morning to find her digging again! This afternoon she finally came back up to her basking branch, so I checked where she had been digging. I was totally shocked to find 103 eggs!! :o Where did she put them all?! She didn't really look very fat and lumpy and I was only able to feel eggs for the first time a few days ago.

I'm just so amazed at the number of eggs!! She doesn't look as bad as I was expecting her to either - thanks Neil for the warning!!

Merry Christmas everyone!!

Tiff

I certainly am relieved - I bet Lily is too!! She looks a lot thinner today and has a bit of a saggy belly and she feels lighter too!! Bless her! I'd like to know why the pets always pick the most inconvenient times to do things like this!! I'm glad that she managed it all on her own!

She's back to her normal self today - pawing at the door to get out to whoever's shoulder is there at the time!! I love her to bits and would be so upset if anything happened to her!

Hopefully she won't lay another clutch for a long time now!
