Ok heres where we stand on this, if you have bought a pet from our showroom and you ever find yourself unable to care for it we will take it back - no questions asked, no refund given, no lesser feeling towards you. There is no shame in being sensible - but if you have bought animals off of us then we would have only sold you a sensible pet and quizzed you before you bought it anyway so the chances of this happening are greatly reduced.

The reptile from hell, if you obtained a reptile from elsewhere and have now discovered its not what you thought it was. we are not in a position to take any / every reptile in. We do however have a vast number of customers that are experienced keepers who may have the skills neccessary to look after an unwanted pet. So we will gladly take your details and ask around for you.

I urge you to think carefully before ever handing over a reptile to any rescue organisation as they rarely have the equipment or knowledge to care for reptiles. And its not fair to dump your mistake on already overburdened charities.

If you are at your wits end and desperately need to give away your pet, please never dump it into the wild this is as good as sentancing it to death. In these circumstances we are prepared to take in an unwanted reptile by prior agreement - please no dumped reptiles on our doorstep.

We will never profit from an unwanted pet. Unlike some pet shops who actively seek them for resale

Great offer Neil, thats like underwriting your reptile sales.

I know of a specialist reptile rescue organisation here in Essex, who always try to help. www.direptilerescue.co.uk

Even the biggest reptiles can often be found homes among enthusiasts which can be found on forums.
